Excellent Villa is located on the island of Lefkada, in the settlement of Geni, on the road to Agia Kyriaki.

The point is one of the most central on the East side of the island, as it is located 5 minutes from the popular and cosmopolitan Nidri, 3 minutes from the famous Desimi beach and just 30 m from the sea.

It is autonomous and built with respect to the traditional architecture of Lefkada. It is located at a distance from the neighboring houses, in the green and overlooks the sea. It is possible to rent the whole house (accommodates 18-20 people) or partially (studio, apartment, etc.).

a) Studio 1 (30sq.m.)

b) Studio 2 (30sq.m.)

c) The ground floor apartment (54sq.m.) has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4+ people

d) The floor apartment (106sq.m.) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one WC & 1 bathroom) and can accommodate 7+ people.

e) The attic of 2 rooms (72 sq.m.), which can accommodate 4+ people.

All outdoor areas of the complex – with unobstructed sea views – are ideal for relaxation, any time of day. The large pool with jacuzzi and the spacious BBQ area are waiting for you to relax, dine or have a drink and enjoy the uniquely beautiful landscape of the area.
